Bruce Baude is the Chief Operating Officer for Univita Health. Bruce brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology and operations, with an extensive background in delivering outsourcing services to the financial services industry. Prior to joining the company, Bruce was President and CEO of ProCard, a subsidiary of TSYS, which provides technology outsourcing services to banks. He also served in several executive IT and operations management positions over eight years at Bank One Corporation, including chief executive of its credit card processing subsidiary. Bruce obtained a BS in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Colorado and spent the early part of his career in various roles with IBM.
