Assessments

Claims administration

This assessment is comprehensive and evaluates a broad range of aspects – Health & Function, Social Connection, Living Environment and Financial & Legal Preparedness. Based on the answers to the assessment, personalized recommendations and expert advice are provided to help maintain or improve independence. Recommendations can easily be organized in an action plan to track and update progress.
By accessing the Univita Independence Network, a national network of more than 200,000 qualified providers, members can find support for daily care, home modification, transportation service, skilled nursing and more. Univita Living ensures the quality of its network by confirming licenses, conducting background checks and/or gathering consumer ratings.
