Scottsdale, Ariz. – January 3, 2012 – Univita Health, the leader in providing home-based care management, announced today the appointment of David Willcutts as President and General Manager of Integrated Home Care, one of Univita’s strategic business units.
Willcutts will focus on enhancing Univita’s integrated home-based care capabilities including the expansion of Univita’s comprehensive care model into new geographical markets.

Willcutts comes to Univita with over 20 years of experience in home infusion and related industries. He founded Ancillary Care Management (now Novologix, Inc.) to develop an information infrastructure for the home care industry. Willcutts served as the CEO from 1995 through 2007, leading the organization from inception to over $450 million in revenue as it expanded its business of managing home care services for health plans through a network of providers. Under his leadership, ACM was named the ninth fastest growing private U.S. company by Inc. Magazine in 2006. Prior to founding ACM, Willcutts served as a senior executive at several national home infusion companies, including Coram and Curaflex.
